Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support SAP GRC Access Control solutions.
- Manage Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Business Role Management (BRM).
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation activities.
- Design and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations across SAP landscapes.
- Collaborate with business and audit teams to ensure compliance and governance requirements are met.
- Support SAP S/4HANA security and GRC implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Conduct user access reviews, security audits, and compliance reporting.
- Troubleshoot authorization and access -related issues.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands -on experience in SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM).
- Positive experience in SAP Security Administration and Role Design.
- Expertise in PFCG, SU01, SUIM, SU53, ST01, and authorization concepts.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Security & GRC.
- Knowledge of SoD rule set maintenance and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred:
- SAP GRC/Security Certification.
- Experience with SAP Fiori Security, SAP BTP Security, and Cloud Identity Services.
