- AdCrest — Our full -stack advertising and marketing powerhouse covering brand activations, OOH, transit, influencer, video, and digital marketing under specialized sub -brands.
- FinCrest — Our financial advisory vertical delivering tax consulting, virtual CFO solutions, regulatory guidance, and business finance strategy to startups and enterprises.
About the Role
As Performance Marketing Manager at AdCrest, you will own end -to -end planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across digital channels — for both agency clients and BrandCrest's own brands. You'll work cross -functionally with content, design, sales, and growth teams to ensure every campaign rupee delivers measurable returns.
Requirements
What You'll Own
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
- Manage budgets across accounts to maximize ROI against defined KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Lead keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign and creative performance
- Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools
- Collaborate with content and design teams on high -converting ad creatives and landing pages
- Own conversion tracking setup, remarketing strategy, and pixel/tag management across all platforms
- Prepare clear,
actionable performance reports with insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Stay ahead of platform updates, ad policy changes, and emerging performance channels
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands -on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Proven track record managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, plus at least one additional channel (LinkedIn, YouTube, or programmatic)
- Solid command of digital marketing metrics and a data -driven approach to decision -making
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI
- Hands -on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing strategies, and pixel/tag management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus
