Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Network Administrator – Level 1
Network Administrator – Level 1 (Hyderabad)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
MAJOR RESPOSIBILITIES
- Focused on monitoring network performance, initial troubleshooting, and basic configuration of network devices.
- Manage physical cabling basic VLAN assignments and hardware racking.
- Monitor network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) using tools like Manage Engine, HP, CISCO, BNC, SolarWinds, Nagios etc.,
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues and user account network access.
- Perform routine hardware checks and cabling in the data center.
- Escalate, track, and document incidents via the ticketing system.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN.
- Hands -on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity and hardware -related issues.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
- Valuable communication, problem -solving, and teamwork skills.

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
CERTIFICATIONS (PREFERRED)
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
