Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our Primary Years Programme (PYP) team at Kandukoor, Hyderabad. This role is integral to fostering a nurturing, inquiry -based learning environment for children in Nursery through Grade 1 within the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework. The ideal candidate will be committed to student -centered learning, collaborative teaching practices, and the holistic development of young learners. By creating engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences, this educator will play a key role in building a strong foundation for lifelong learning and curiosity.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver inquiry -driven, play -based learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary units of inquiry.
- Assess student progress using formative and summative assessment strategies,
and regularly communicate with parents.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to school -wide initiatives.
- Support the implementation of the school’s values, policies, and student well being programs.
