About the Role


We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or early -career professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to build a career in recruitment and HR.

Key Responsibilities


- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

- Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule interviews

- Coordinate with hiring managers and technical teams throughout the recruitment process

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

- Ensure timely follow -up and communication with candidates

- Support end -to -end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

- Stay updated on recruitment trends and hiring best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field

- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal and relationship -building abilities

- Good organizational and time -management skills

- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring practices

- Ability to work in a fast -paced workplace

Preferred Skills (Optional)

- Familiarity with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed

- Basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- Internship or project experience in HR or recruitment

- Knowledge of IT or non -IT hiring processes
