As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:





- Lead and support end-to-end OTC processes, including:

- Inquiry → Quotation → Sales Order → Delivery → Billing → Payment

- Configure and support:

- Pricing (Condition techniques, pricing procedures, rebates)

- Output determination

- Credit management

- Shipping & delivery processing

- Billing (Invoices, Credit/Debit memos)

- Work on customer master data, material master, and partner functions

- Design and implement sales document types, item categories, and schedule line categories

- Manage intercompany sales & third-party processes

- Work with returns, free goods, consignment, and service billing

- Troubleshoot production issues and support business users

✅ Variant Configuration (VC)

- Design and implement Variant Configuration models for customizable products

- Develop:

- Characteristics & Classes

- Dependencies (Preconditions, Procedures, Constraints)

- Object dependencies and configuration profiles

- Work with BOM (Bill of Materials) and Routings

- Configure:

- Super BOM and Super Routing

- Class types (300)

- Integrate VC with SD sales order process (CU50, VA01 configuration)

- Resolve VC-related inconsistencies and performance issues

- Support advanced variant configuration (AVC) if applicable (S/4HANA)

✅ Integration & Cross-Functional Work

- Collaborate with:

- MM (Material Management) – inventory & procurement

- PP (Production Planning) – BOM, routings

- FI/CO – billing, revenue recognition

- Work on IDOCs, interfaces, and middleware integrations

- Support EDI/Third-party system integrations

✅ Project & Support Activities

- Participate in:

- Requirement gathering & workshops

- Solution design & functional specifications

- Unit testing, integration testing, UAT support

- Prepare:

- Functional specs (FS)

- Configuration documents

- Test scripts





- Provide production support & incident resolution

- Conduct end-user training

Required Skills

✅ Core SAP SD

- Strong knowledge of:

- Pricing & Condition Technique

- Copy control

- Output management

- Delivery & billing processes

- Experience in S/4HANA SD preferred

✅ Variant Configuration (Must Have)

- Hands-on experience with:

- Characteristics, classes, dependencies

- Configuration profiles

- Variant tables and constraints

- Experience in complex product modeling

✅ Technical/Functional

- Debugging basic ABAP issues (nice to have)

- Knowledge of:

- IDOCs, BAPIs, user exits (MV45AFZZ, RV60AFZZ)

- Enhancements & BADIs

Preferred Skills

- Experience in:

- Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) in S/4HANA

- Pricing optimization tools

- Fiori apps for SD

- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology

- Industry experience in:

- Manufacturing

- Automotive

- High-tech (configurable products)
