The Team Leader - IT Contract Staffing (CTH) plays a pivotal role in driving recruitment excellence within our IT staffing operations in Hyderabad. Reporting into the leadership team, this individual will lead and mentor a high -performing group of IT recruiters focused on delivering contract -to -hire placements for top -tier service integrator clients. The role demands a results -driven approach, with an emphasis on maintaining pipeline strength, ensuring quality submissions, and achieving consistent closure targets across diverse technology domains. By fostering team development, optimizing delivery processes, and maintaining robust client relationships, the Team Leader ensures seamless recruitment execution and contributes to the scalable growth of our staffing business.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters specializing in Contract -to -Hire (CTH) placements.
- Drive end -to -end delivery for high -priority hiring mandates from leading service integrator clients.
- Ensure consistent achievement of team KPIs, including submission quality, time -to -fill, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and clients to align on hiring priorities, critical roles, and delivery timelines.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and market intelligence for niche and high -demand technologies.
