The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling Reels, strategically posting in targeted groups, and fostering meaningful interactions to enhance visibility, engagement, and audience loyalty. Your work will directly contribute to building a vibrant, responsive online community and driving brand awareness in a fast -paced digital environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce high -quality short videos and Reels tailored for Facebook.
- Strategically post content within relevant and targeted Facebook groups to maximize reach.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure continuous audience engagement and visibility.
- Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Actively engage with followers to build relationships, encourage discussions, and boost interaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating Facebook Reels and short -form video content.
