**Position:** *Dy. Manager / Manager – Production & Process (Mould Shop)*
**Location:** *Kolhapur*
**Experience:** *8 to 12 Years*
**Qualification:** *Diploma / Degree in Plastics / Production Engineering*
**Preferred Industry:** *Plastic Injection Moulding / Electrical Manufacturing / Automotive*

**Key Responsibilities:**
▪ Manage production planning and achieve daily production targets.
▪ Monitor moulding operations, machine utilization, and maintenance activities.
▪ Coordinate with Tool Room, Engineering, Stores, and vendors.
▪ Drive process optimization, quality improvement, and cycle time reduction.




▪ Ensure preventive maintenance, 5S, HIRA, EHS, and safety compliance.
▪ Supervise manpower, identify training needs, and maintain production MIS & reports.
▪ Ensure quality, productivity, and effective resource utilization.
