The role involves installation, setup, and basic troubleshooting of televisions and related AV products at customer locations. Freshers with a willingness to learn and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Install and wall -mount LED, LCD, OLED, and Smart TVs at customer sites.
- Configure TV settings, channels, Wi -Fi, and streaming applications.
- Perform cable routing and ensure neat and safe installations.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues during installation.
- Explain product features and usage to customers.
- Ensure timely completion of installation assignments.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Coordinate with service teams and update installation reports.
