Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide accent neutralization training to clients through one-on-one sessions or group workshops.
- Develop customized training programs based on client requirements, focusing on specific accents (American, British, Australian, etc.).
- Conduct voice and accent assessments to identify areas of improvement for clients' communication skills.
- Collaborate with trainers to create engaging learning materials and presentations.
- Ensure effective delivery of training sessions by providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in accent neutralization, soft skills, or corporate training.
- Robust knowledge of various international accents (e.g., American English, British English) and ability to recognize their distinct features.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
