About the Role: We are seeking ambitious, self-motivated individuals to join us as Full-Time Business Development Managers / Financial Advisors under the institutional trust of LIC. This is a hybrid field sales profile where you will undergo professional financial training to build your own client advisory network.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential prospective clients to understand their long-term financial goals. Educate individuals and families on life insurance products, retirement plans, and savings solutions. Drive end-to-end direct field sales, from lead generation to client onboarding. Maintain robust long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and policy retention.
