- This role works within the Managed Migrations team to manage the customer experience throughout the order transaction process as we transition our customers to new back-office systems that provide them with a greater level of support.
- The role requires close interaction with other team members, the sales organization, and key corporate stakeholders.
- The role will involve taking large datasets from legacy transactional systems, migrating to new systems, and completing several exact steps to complete the customer migration accurately and efficiently with no impact to the customer.

- Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
