Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for international voice processes, focusing on OJT (On-the-Job Training), TNA (Training Needs Analysis), TTT (Train the Trainer), TNA, and Product Training.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement effective training strategies to improve performance metrics such as AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, CSat etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging learning materials and assessments.
- Provide coaching support to trainers to enhance their delivery skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in Process Training or similar field.
- Robust understanding of corporate training principles and methodologies like CBTs/WBTs/ILT/eLearning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients/stakeholders.
