What you'll do

Project Management

- Plan and track projects to ensure work is completed on time.
- Follow up with teams and remove roadblocks to keep projects moving.
- Help coordinate launches, new initiatives, and business priorities.

Problem Solving & Execution

- Break down open-ended business problems into practical solutions.
- Take ownership of tasks and see them through from start to finish.
- Work independently after initial guidance and adapt quickly as priorities change.

Cross-functional Coordination

- Work with teams across product, marketing, operations, technology, and partnerships.
- Communicate updates clearly and ensure everyone stays aligned.




- Support the founders in day-to-day execution of strategic initiatives

Analysis & Business Support

- Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates.
- Analyse data to support decision-making.
- Research new ideas, tools, and opportunities that can improve the business.

What you'll need

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Valuable working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-driven, curious, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
- Available for a minimum 3-month internship (6 months preferred).

Nice to have

- Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work.
- Familiarity with Zapier, CRM platforms, marketing automation, or other no-code tools.
- Prior internship or project experience in consulting, startups, product, operations, or business strategy.
