Role & responsibilities

- Robust experience in schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, shopping malls, corporate offices, hotels, industrial buildings, and mixed-use developments.
- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning, budgeting, scheduling, construction, to project handover.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, contracts, billing, and project cost control.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, and all applicable construction regulations.
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project completion.
- Lead and mentor project engineers, site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present project progress reports, MIS, and management updates.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project, BOQ, estimation, quantity surveying, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
