- Train candidates on offset, digital printing basics, and packaging materials
- Demonstrate machine operations, tools, and equipment used in printing & packaging
- Explain workflow processes including pre-press, press, post-press, and finishing Train on packaging concepts such as cartons, labels, corrugated boxes, and quality checks
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and workplace discipline standards
- Conduct skill assessments, mock tests, and practical evaluations
- Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports

- Coordinate with center staff for batch planning and reporting
