We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Charge Entry Executive to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate charge entry, payment posting, reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with healthcare billing standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter patient demographics, charges, CPT, ICD-10, and modifiers into the billing system.
- Review charge sheets and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Post payments received through ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice) and EOB (Explanation of Benefits) from insurance companies and patients.
- Reconcile daily payments, deposits, and posted transactions to ensure data integrity.




- Identify and process denials using ANSI denial codes and escalate discrepancies when required.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate with providers and internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, turnaround times, and productivity goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing, preferably in Charge Entry and Payment Posting.
