What You'll Do
- HR Business Partnering (40%): Develop and execute HR plans and budgets, monitor recruitment, and manage employee data.
- Employee Assistance & Grievance Handling (30%): Resolve employee queries, conduct communication sessions, and enhance the employee experience.
- Statutory Compliance (20%): Ensure all branch operations meet legal and regulatory standards in collaboration with the ER team.
- Health & Safety (10%): Promote safe working procedures and maintain the highest standards of safety norms.
