Position Summary:
We are seeking a Social Media Executive who is confident, energetic, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, along with a keen interest in social media trends and digital marketing. You will play a pivotal role in managing and growing SMC Insurance Brokers presence across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand visibility.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and handle direct messages and comments across platforms.
- Monitor and report on social media trends, brand mentions,



and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging posts, articles, and videos to drive customer engagement.
- Assist in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

Key Requirements:

- Qualification: BA/MA in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresher (0–1 year experience in social media, marketing, or digital communication is a plus).
- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with followers.
- Creative thinking with a knack for producing engaging social media content.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques is an advantage.
