What Youll Do:
- Manage end-to-end medical billing workflows
- Handle billing profile setup, charge entry, and live claims monitoring
- Investigate and resolve claim rejections
What Were Looking For:
- Solid knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
- Mandatory experience with DrChrono
- Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Commitment to working night shifts
