Pre-Sales Associate

About the Role

The company is looking for a proactive and target-driven Pre-Sales Associate to support our sales team by identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, communicating with decision-makers, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential leads using various lead generation and prospecting tools.
- Verify lead information and maintain an updated database of prospects.
- Conduct outbound calls (30-40 calls per day) to introduce company's offerings and qualify business opportunities.
- Generate qualified meetings for the Sales Manager and ensure smooth handover of prospects.
- Prospect brands across e-commerce and influencer marketing categories, with a focus on Instagram and creator-led campaigns.
- Follow up with prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to drive meeting conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM/database regularly.




- Work closely with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Experience using lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is an added advantage.
