Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Growth:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the HoReCa/Industry/Garden segment in the assigned region.
- Implement initiatives to drive sales volume (road shows, meet-up, trade market visit), ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Business Development:

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with key accounts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.

Key Account Management:

- Build and maintain robust relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory.
- Understand the unique needs of key customers and provide solutions that add value to their businesses.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction to maintain loyalty and long-term partnerships.




- Actively pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities by introducing complementary products or premium offerings to existing customers.

Distributor Management & Onboarding:

- Identify, evaluate & onboard potential distributors to expand market reach.
- Provide training and sales support as needed.

Lead Generation:

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase the customer base.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales team to create and implement targeted campaigns.
- Analyze lead conversion metrics and optimize strategies for improved results.

Skills and Experience:

- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing,hotel management or a related field of sales.
- 3-7 years of work experience with experience in relevant sector and Proven work experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales leadership
- Strong understanding of the assigned market region and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
