Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Advertiser to plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running paid ads and driving performance across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
- Monitor ad performance and generate reports
- A/B test creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign strategies

Requirements:

- 13 years of experience in digital advertising
- Robust knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Result-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in EdTech or lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of retargeting and conversion tracking
