Position Details

Designation: Territory Sales Incharge (TSI)

Location: South Bangalore

Mandatory Territory Exposure:

- JP Nagar
- Jayanagar
- BTM Layout
- Girinagar
- Banashankari
- Koramangala

Experience: 4-9 years

Industry: FMCG (Tea/Beverage preferred)

Channel Experience: General Trade (GT) and Supermarket (SMT)

CTC: Best in the industry (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
- Handle distributors and strengthen channel partnerships.
- Manage supermarket (SMT)



accounts and drive sales growth.
- Ensure product visibility and market expansion for Saraswati Tea and Lalpan Tea.
- Monitor stock availability, merchandising activities, and market trends.
- Expand market coverage and improve outlet productivity.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze market performance.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of the South Bangalore market.
- Hands-on experience in distributor handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
