Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
- Develop scalable backend services and business logic.
- Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Integrate applications with third-party APIs and internal services.
- Build secure, high-performance, and reusable code following coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Optimize application and database performance.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Maintain technical documentation for APIs and system designs.

Required Skills





- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
- Solid knowledge of REST API design and development.
- Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle).
- Experience with Object Relational Mapping (ORM) tools such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, and API security best practices.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Understanding of software design principles and design patterns.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
