Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Service Manager to lead our two-wheeler service operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, customer service expertise, and the ability to achieve workshop productivity and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the service workshop.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as per the promised delivery time (PDT).
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality of repairs.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor warranty claims, repeat repairs,



and quality issues.
- Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Plan technician training and skill development programs.
- Monitor spare parts availability by coordinating with the Parts Department.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
- Achieve workshop revenue, labour sales, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure proper documentation of all service records and job cards.
- Coordinate with management for business improvement initiatives
