Key Responsibilities

- Manage financial reporting under IFRS, including month-end and year-end closures
- Support Finance Officer responsibilities for DIFC entities, including regulatory compliance and filings
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and cash flow statements
- Oversee payroll processing, DEWS compliance, and vendor payments for Dubai entities
- Coordinate statutory audits and ensure audit readiness
- Handle end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes
- Perform reconciliations of client money accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Drive cross-functional team coordination to ensure seamless operations across finance and Tax filing compliance
- Engage effectively with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders

What Were Looking For

- Strong grounding in IFRS and financial reporting
- Experience or exposure to DIFC / DFSA regulations (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with MIS, financial analysis, and reporting
- Understanding of UAE payroll / DEWS (valuable to have)
- Strong ownership mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
