Job description

1.Strong accounting basic fundamentals
2.Responsible for Statutory deduction TDS, GST, PF
3.Timely submission of monthly reports
4 .Scrutinizing and reconciliation of branch trials on monthly basis




5.Timely vendor payments , reconciliations and confirmations
6. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations).
7.Timely vendor payments , reconciliations and confirmations.
8.Must have knowledge about General accounting.
9. MIS reporting on monthly basis.
What we are looking for :

1. A candidate with minimum 1-3 years of experience in the relevant field
with a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2.Strong excel and accounting skills are key to this role.
3. Approval and processing of contractor, purchase, and service bills.
Booking of journal entries for-Material contracts,Marketing, Legal, Consultancy expenses, Branch and site overheads .
4.Positive Analytical , drafting and interpersonal skills should be top tier.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills.

6.Time management and accuracy.
7.Real estate industry background candidates preferred.
