Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate Fund Accounting to manage accounting, reporting, and operational activities for employee investment funds. The role involves working closely with global stakeholders, external fund administrators, and auditors to ensure accurate fund accounting, investor servicing, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

This is an excellent chance for professionals with experience in Private Equity, Fund Accounting, Hedge Funds, or Alternative Investments who are looking to work in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end fund accounting activities for employee investment funds.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual fund close activities.
- Review NAV calculations, financial statements, and fund reports prepared by external administrators.
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, supporting schedules, and accounting workpapers.




- Coordinate investor onboarding and maintain investor records.
- Support capital calls, capital distributions, investor allocations, and capital account maintenance.
- Prepare cash flow projections and monitor fund liquidity.
- Review management fees, fund expenses, and approval workflows.
- Ensure compliance with Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) and fund operating documents.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory and annual audits.
- Prepare investor reports, capital account statements, and ad-hoc management reports.
- Work closely with global finance teams and external service providers to meet reporting deadlines.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
