Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Salary: 50,000 70,000 per month (based on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the US Real estate/Mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with mortgage brokers and lenders, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US Real Estate market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and lending partners.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.




Meet monthly business development targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in US Real Estate Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Strong understanding of US Real Estate processes, products, and terminology.
Excellent communication in english & punjabi and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is preferred. Having your own vehicle is a plus.
Willingness to work night shifts (6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST). Working days Monday to Saturday
