Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery during shifts.
- Supervise staff performance, providing guidance and training to improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct inventory management, ordering supplies and managing stock levels effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work setting.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in hospitality management (QSR/IHM/BHM).
- Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
