Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD) to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and recruiting partners across the US.
- Identify suitable contract opportunities through job portals, vendor emails, and professional networks.
- Submit consultant profiles to matching requirements and track submission status.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants and vendors/clients.
- Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and close consultant placements.
- Maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, placements, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure maximum consultant placements.
- Ensure consultant availability, documentation, and compliance throughout the placement process.
- Meet weekly and monthly placement targets while maintaining high-quality standards. These responsibilities align with common Bench Sales Recruiter expectations across the US IT staffing industry.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Robust negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of the US IT Staffing process.
- Knowledge of US visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, USC).
- Understanding of employment types such as W2, C2C,



and 1099.
- Experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and Indeed is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented workplace.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of Bench Sales experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication and willingness to work in US shifts are encouraged to apply.
