- Handle customer vehicle service requests.
- Prepare job cards and inspect vehicles.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely service.
- Update customers on service progress.
- Explain repair work, estimates, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve service-related queries.
- Maintain service records and follow dealership SOPs.
Preferred Candidate
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in an automobile service center.
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobile servicing and vehicle maintenance.
- Experience in dealership/service center is preferred.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
