Job Description:

- Administer and support Infor LN (Baan V) and Infor OS environments, including ION Desk, IDM, and ION API
- Manage installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Baan V/LN (Tools and Functional components)
- Configure and maintain system parameters to ensure optimal performance and stability
- Handle user access, roles, and security administration across Baan V/LN and Infor OS platforms
- Perform troubleshooting of job failures, performance issues, and user incidents, including root cause analysis using Baan tracing tools
- Support DEM, Job Management, Device Management, and Audit Management activities
- Manage SLM licensing, including installation, compliance monitoring, and maintenance for Baan and interface licenses
- Perform LNUI installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Develop and troubleshoot system integrations using ION and C4WS
- Execute data refresh activities (Production to Test environments) ensuring data consistency and validation
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, Perl, PowerShell, Shell) to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Linux administrators, Oracle DBAs, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and system support
- Assist in job scheduling and batch process management
- Manage Infor Barcode (device and user configuration/support)
- Possess knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR) and Local Disaster Recovery (LDR) processes

Responsibilities:

- Proficient in SQL querying for data retrieval and analysis
- AWS certified with foundational understanding of cloud concepts and services




- Experience in basic scripting using Shell and Ansible for automation and task efficiency
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture
- Knowledge of load balancing concepts for application availability and performance
- Good understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, ports, protocols)
- Familiarity with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) is an added advantage
- Awareness of cost management and optimization strategies in cloud environments
- Adaptable and willing to work in rotational or night shifts to support business needs
- Experience in label designing and related configuration tasks
- Experience with Tivoli Workload Scheduler and Jenk
