Job Summary

Program Manager will be responsible for the successful completion of projects, from needs assessment to solution delivery in a dynamic setting. This role will deliver several key projects across Business Operations and other transformational areas of the business

Role & responsibilities

- Creation and execution of project plans, including status reporting which aligns to the Strategic Initiative Reporting process and Fraud team objectives.
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
- Managing RAID, report risks, escalate issues, as necessary, according to project plan.
- Pro-active identification and management of project dependencies.
- Analyze project status and,



when necessary, revise the scope and schedule to ensure that project requirements can be met
- Ensuring regular program progress and reporting meetings with project staff including facilitation of all project governance meetings multi discipline and multi region teams
- To ensure that all impacted teams are informed and aligned.
- Participate in and drive all existing process review meetings and help with the definition of new and streamlined process rollouts
- Drive creation of training material and associated rollout program.
