; Eligibility Criteria

- ;CA Final (Dropout) or CA Inter (Dropout)

- ;Minimum 23 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm is mandatory

- ;Experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory

- ;Ability to independently finalize the books of accounts of a Limited Company

- ;Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting

- ;Experience in handling statutory, internal, and tax audits will be preferred

; Key Responsibilities

- ;Manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, and general ledger activities

- ;Prepare and review journal entries, vouchers, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations

- ;Independently finalize books of accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- ;Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA filings, and other statutory and regulatory compliances

- ;Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors during audit assignments

- ;Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, cash flow reports, and management reports





- ;Maintain accurate accounting records in TallyPrime and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions

- ;Support month-end and year-end closing activities while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements

- ;Monitor receivables, payables, fixed assets, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and timely reporting

- ;Assist management with budgeting, financial analysis, and process improvements to strengthen internal financial controls

; Preferred Profile

- ;Experience in manufacturing, medical devices, engineering, or industrial organizations

- ;Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- ;Proficiency in TallyPrime, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office

- ;Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a rapid-paced environment

- ;Immediate joiners will be preferred
