Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) in compliance with industry standards.

- Provide training on industrial safety procedures, construction safety, and emergency response planning to employees.

- Collaborate with project teams to develop risk assessments, incident investigations reports, and near miss reporting systems.

- Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in industrial safety or related field.

- Solid knowledge of SMS principles, regulations, and best practices.

- Proficiency in conducting audits, inspections, investigations, and training sessions.

- Excellent analytical skills for identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
