Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience Required:

- 6 - 15 years of experience in Digital Experience, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Experimentation, Product Management, Digital Marketing, or Web Operations, with at least 5 years leading enterprise experimentation programs.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale experimentation programs.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Positive written and verbal communication
- Ability to understand the client's requirements
- Ready to work in rotational shift including night shift
- Intermediate reporting and presentation skills

Job Description:

Experimentation Strategy & Program Leadership

- Own and drive the enterprise experimentation roadmap aligned with business and product objectives.
- Build and manage a scalable experimentation program across multiple digital properties and customer journeys.
- Establish governance, best practices, prioritization frameworks, and experimentation standards.
- Drive a culture of hypothesis-driven decision making across business and technology teams.

Experiment Design & Execution

- Define test hypotheses based on customer insights, analytics, research, and business priorities.
- Design and oversee A/B tests, multivariate tests, split URL tests, and feature experiments.
- Ensure experiments follow statistical rigor and experimentation best practices.
- Review test quality, targeting logic,



audience segmentation, and success metrics.

Analytics & Insights

- Analyze experiment performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Measure impact on key KPIs including:
- Conversion Rate
- Revenue
- Customer Engagement
- Click-through Rate
- Bounce Rate
- Average Order Value
- Customer Retention

- Present insights to executive stakeholders using dashboards and business reports.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely implementation of experiments.
- Work closely with QA teams to validate experiments before production deployment.

Personalization & Optimization

- Develop personalization strategies based on customer behavior, audience segmentation, and lifecycle stages.
- Recommend optimization opportunities using customer journey analytics and behavioral insights.
- Identify opportunities for AI-assisted experimentation and automated optimization.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor Experimentation Specialists, CRO Analysts, and Optimization Consultants.
- Drive capability development and establish experimentation playbooks.
- Conduct regular reviews of experiment quality and program maturity.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for client experimentation initiatives.
- Present quarterly optimization roadmaps and business impact reviews.
- Influence senior client stakeholders through data-backed recommendations.
- Manage priorities across multiple business units and markets.

Governance & Quality

- Define experimentation governance, approval processes, documentation standards, and audit mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, accessibility standards, and organizational policies.
- Maintain experimentation knowledge repositories and reusable assets
