SUMMARY

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python + Generative AI Specialist to join our innovative technology team in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in driving the development and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI solutions, leveraging Python and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to build intelligent, scalable applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of AI-driven products, contributing to research, implementation, and optimization of generative models. The position requires a strong foundation in AI/ML, hands-on experience with Python-based AI frameworks, and a proven track record in designing and deploying RAG systems. Candidates must be based in Bangalore and willing to work 4 days per week from our Yelahanka office location.

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable generative AI solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.

- Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enhanced model accuracy and contextual relevance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production-grade applications.

- Conduct research and experimentation to improve model performance,



efficiency, and reliability.

- Maintain and document code, models, and system architecture to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.

- Stay updated with emerging trends in generative AI and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and innovation.

Requirements

- 11-15 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Python.

- Proven hands-on experience in Generative AI, including model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.

- In - depth knowledge of RAG architectures and experience implementing them in real-world applications.

- Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and vector databases.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in rapid-paced environments.

- Must be based in Bangalore and willing to work 4 days per week from the Yelahanka office location.

- Preference given to candidates with 10+ years of experience; candidates with 6+ years of experience may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional expertise in AI/Generative AI, Python, and RAG implementations.
