Role & responsibilities

Sales & Customer Relationship Management

- Manage sales operations for the Pune and Hosur region, handling approximately some specific customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customers regarding schedules, dispatches, production planning, and delivery commitments.
- Conduct regular customer visits as per business requirements and management guidance.
- Organize and participate in related meetings with customers.
- Handle customer complaints, rejection materials, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with customers when scheduled material is not lifted and ensure corrective action.
- Support business growth by maximizing customer deliveries as per company SOPs.

Sales Planning & Coordination

- Handle inter-unit sales coordination between Hosur, Mysore, Chennai, and Pune plants.
- Verify monthly customer schedules and circulate them to Management and Production teams.
- Prepare daily production plans based on customer schedules.
- Monitor schedule versus actual dispatch performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Dispatch, Logistics & Supply Chain Management

- Ensure timely dispatch of materials to all customers.
- Coordinate transportation, logistics partners, and export forwarding agencies for on-time deliveries.
- Monitor dispatches to prevent shortages, excess quantities, or damaged materials.
- Handle dispatch coordination for Pune/ Hosur customers including
- Follow up with Hosur suppliers for urgent customer material requirements.

Warehouse & Inventory Management





- Manage customer warehouse operations for Chennai and Mysore.
- Maintain customer-wise stock reports for Hosur, Chennai, and Mysore.
- Monitor JIT (Just-in-Time) inventory for all customers.
- Verify customer-end stock levels and align production planning accordingly.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels while avoiding shortages and excess stock.
- Verify inter-unit Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).

Documentation & Reporting

- Resolve invoice and E-Way Bill-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain SRO, SRC, and inter-unit Purchase Order proposals.
- Generate and analyze:
- Daily MIS Reports
- KPI Reports
- Daily Dispatch Reports
- Weekly Dispatch Reports
- Monthly Dispatch Reports
- Customer-wise Dispatch Reports
- GRN Reports
- Stock Reports
- Schedule vs. Actual Reports

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of production planning, dispatch management, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Experience in export documentation and logistics coordination.
- Good understanding of ERP systems, SRO, SRC, GRN, invoicing, and E-Way Bills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and cross-functional teams.
- Robust leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet customer delivery commitments.
