We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of a cutting-edge product roadmap that enhances member-relationships and engagement within our Fintech ecosystem. This role demands a highly motivated, tech-savvy, and analytical individual with a passion for innovation in Healthcare-FinTech. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to build and deliver high-impact solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Execution:

o Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with business objectives and user needs.

o Define product vision, features, and requirements based on data-driven insights.

o Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless product development.

2. Market Research & Data Analysis:

o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

o Analyze productivity metrics and customer feedback to drive product improvements.

o Utilize SQL and data analytics to track performance and identify areas for growth.

3. Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration:

o Interface with clients and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

o Work with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product launches.

o Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

4. Cards & Payments Domain Expertise

o Managed end-to-end payment processing for card-based transactions.

o Worked extensively on ISO 8583 messaging standards for authorization, financial, reversal, and settlement transactions.





o Designed and enhanced payment flows across card issuers, acquirers, payment gateways, and payment switches.

o Collaborated with banking partners, payment processors, and third-party vendors for seamless payment integrations.

o Optimized transaction success rates while maintaining payment security and compliance.

Requirements:

Experience & Technical Skills:

o 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in Healthcare, FinTech, or Technology.

o Payments: Cards, ISO 8583, Payment Gateway, Payment Switch, Risk & Fraud, Chargebacks, Reconciliation, Settlement.

o Strong database fundamentals with proficiency in SQL.

o Experience with E-commerce, B2B/B2C applications, and Story Writing. o Hands-on experience with Web and Mobile Applications.

Product Development & Design:

o Knowledge of wireframes, user flows, and system diagrams.

o Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.

o Understanding of cloud technologies, CRM, and Call Center applications (preferred).
