Role Summary

The Ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the institution’s academic functions across multiple professional qualification programs. The role requires a strong academic leader with proven experience in managing large-scale educational operations, driving academic excellence, enhancing student outcomes, and building high-performing faculty teams. The incumbent will play a critical role in shaping academic strategy, ensuring quality delivery, standardizing processes, and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across campuses and programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee academic operations across all programs, campuses, and learning centers.
- Develop and execute academic strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
- Drive academic excellence through effective curriculum planning, delivery, assessment, and quality assurance.
- Manage faculty recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Monitor student engagement, academic performance, progression, and overall learning outcomes.
- Establish and implement academic policies, processes, governance frameworks, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with Academic Heads, Faculty Teams, Operations, Marketing, Admissions,



and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee academic calendars, scheduling, examinations, evaluations, and result management processes.
- Analyze academic KPIs and student performance metrics to drive data-backed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives focused on enhancing teaching methodologies, student success, and academic innovation.
- Support the development, launch, and scaling of new academic programs and learning solutions.
- Address academic escalations and ensure timely resolution of student, faculty, and stakeholder concerns

Key Requirements

- Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Qualified qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, CS, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- 10–15+ years of experience in academic leadership, educational operations, institutional management, or higher education administration.
- Proven track record of managing large academic teams, multiple programs, and multi-location operations.
- Strong understanding of curriculum management, academic governance, quality assurance, and student lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience in driving academic transformation, process improvement, and organizational growth initiatives.
