Role - Team Leader

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ability to handle a team of 10 -15 members.
- Prepare and Monitor process reports such as Productivity, Target scorecards, Weekly reports and Monthly reports, etc. and send them to the management.
- Prepare progress reports for team members encourage them to achieve the sales targets and give positive feedback for any improvement.
- Monitor the performance of the team, recommending and implementing changes to the way in which the team operates to improve quality and process efficiency.
- Ability to manage challenging situations and go the extra mile.
- Ability to effectively collaborate within the team.
- Ability to handle escalations and diffuse crisis situations.

Skills Required:

- Excellent coaching skills. Strong people management and leadership skills. Good Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels including presentation and public speaking skills.
- Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent MIS and analytical skills.
