A fastgrowing premium ethnic menswear brand is seeking a Performance & Growth Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition and retention marketing. This role will drive Meta & Google campaigns, optimize ROAS/CAC, and build CRM foundations.

Performance Marketing

- End-to-end ownership of paid acquisition on Meta and Google.
- Build and manage campaign architecture across awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Define and execute audience strategies: cold, lookalikes, interest-based, retargeting, and CRM-driven pools.
- Write creative briefs for performance-led content (reels, static ads, carousels, stories).
- Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, hooks, copy, CTAs, and landing pages.
- Manage Meta pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion API configuration.
- Own Google Ads campaigns: search (branded/non-branded/competitor), Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Ensure clean attribution via Google Tag Manager and Analytics.
- Set and track ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and CPO targets; build real-time dashboards for leadership.




- Optimize media budget allocation and manage external agencies/freelancers intelligently.
- Collaborate with product and website teams to improve funnel CVR and post-click experience.

Retention Marketing

- Lay the foundation for CRM and lifecycle marketing.
- Select and implement CRM/automation platforms.
- Define customer lifecycle stages and build automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, cart abandonment, win-back).
- Own email marketing calendar and WhatsApp/SMS campaigns with compliance and best practices.
- Track repeat purchase rate, cohort retention, and support loyalty program design.

Requirements:

- Engineering degree from IIT/BITS/NIT or equivalent Tier1 institute.
- 34 years handson performance marketing experience in D2C/ecommerce.
- Solid analytical skills, campaign building expertise, and ownership mindset.
- Preferred: fashion/apparel experience, CRM tools (Klaviyo, MoEngage), Shopify familiarity.
