Job Summary

Conduct internal quality audits assure SOP/ISO process within plant. Assist Quality Head for conducting Management Review Meetings. Knowledge and hands on experience in Manufacturing processes of IDU , ODU and Coil shop.

Responsibilities

- Conduct internal quality audits to assure SOP/ISO process within plant.
- Assist Quality Head for conducting Management Review Meetings.
- Knowledge and hands on experience in Manufacturing processes of IDU, ODU and Coil shop.
- Conduct process audits for assembly line and coil shop to ensure compliance to Control plan.
- Have knowledge of IS standards for AC Products and its components.
- Coordinate for documentation for getting BIS license for any IS standard and interaction with BIS team.
- Work on Six sigma projects for resolution of critical Quality issues for Quality improvement.
- Work for Daily work management activities as per TQM methodology.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes related to Fabricated components , Powder coated components , Copper components ,



Plastic moulded components , Electrical and Electronic components.
- Make control plan for Manufacturing processes by using PFMEA/ PFD and ensure compliance through audits.
- Handle Customer complaints through Poka yoke and system improvement by field visits and analysis of defective component/products.
- Analysis of component rejection and Scrap through problem solving tools to reduce COPQ.
- Validation of Process changes to release Process change note.
- Conduct ECN reviews with R & D for smooth implementation of Engineering changes.
- Coordinate with R & D team for smooth launch of New developed products by closing Pilot lot observations.
- Experienced in APQP activities like FMEA , DFA/DFM , Control plan for Current product launch with First time right approach.
- Exposure to BIQ methodology / IMS systems.
