1. Accurate and Timely Audit Execution100% of assigned audit tasks completed on or before deadline, with rework from reviewers.Perform walkthroughs, test controls, and gather audit evidence as per the audit program.Assist in identifying control gaps and drafting audit observations with root cause and recommendations.

2. Quality of Audit Documentation95% compliance with internal documentation standards (work papers, evidence, formats).Ensure all work is properly documented and ready for review with minimal back-and-forth.

CA Trainees - Training & SupportTrainee feedback rating and successful onboarding of new interns.Guide trainees on audit methodology, documentation practices, and client communication.Support performance feedback and on-the-job training during assignments.

4. Communication & CollaborationMaintain strong working relationships with team members and client POCs with zero escalations.Provide regular status updates to managers and flag roadblocks proactively.Attend client meetings with seniors/managers and summarize discussions for action.

5. Learning & DevelopmentComplete mandatory technical trainings and demonstrate knowledge application in audits.Keep updated with changes in auditing standards, internal control frameworks, and regulatory updates.
