Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic qualified for the role of AGM/GM MMS to lead and manage the end-to-end materials management function. The role involves overseeing procurement, inventory control, vendor management, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Materials Management function including procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Develop and implement strategies for cost optimization and efficient material utilization.
- Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support business operations/projects.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement controls to minimize wastage and excess stock.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (projects, finance, operations) for planning and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive process improvements, digitization, and automation in materials management.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide insights to senior management.
