Role & responsibilities

1.plan for upcoming collection with HOD. 2. Finalize the designs and explain if any changes needed in the design to suppliers. 3. Negotiating prices and place order in bulk quantity. 4. Maintain the purchase orders. 5. Make monthly purchase order report. 6. Take follow-ups from suppliers about the changes given in any design, counter samples, stock delivery, repeat of valuable and hit designs. 7. Approve counter sample (first piece of production) once received, then sent the sample for shoot. 8. Once the stock is received get the quality check done. 9. Co-ordinate with sales staff for production requirements. 10. Attending client and take their review for new collection. 11. Research new trends in market for sampling. 12. Sampling and sourcing. 13. Lead and supervised the team.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in readymade women's wear 3 pc salwar suits (shirt, bottom and dupatta).

Experience in Pakistani readymade suits (Pret)

Experience and knowledge in printed fabrics.

Experience in Pure Lawn Suits.
