Qualification: ITI (Electronics / Electrical / Fitter or relevant trade)
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly of electronic and electrical components as per drawings and work instructions.
- Carry out soldering of PCB components, wires, connectors, and electronic assemblies.
- Read and understand basic assembly drawings, schematics, and production documents.
- Conduct visual inspection of assembled products to ensure quality standards.
- Use hand tools, soldering irons, measuring instruments, and testing equipment safely.
- Identify and report defects, rework requirements, and material shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area as per 5S standards.
- Follow company safety guidelines and production procedures.
- Support production targets and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of soldering techniques and electronic component identification.
- Basic understanding of PCB assembly and wiring.Role & responsibilities
